Judith Byron "Judy" Schachner (born August 20, 1951) is an American children's essayist and illustrator.^[1] Her works take in the Skippyjon Jones series.^[2] Schachner lives in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, touch her husband, Bob, and out dog and her two Similar cats.^[3]

Early life
