José Eugênio Soares (16 January 1938 – 5 August 2022),[1] known professionally as Jô Soares (Portuguese: /ˈʒo soˈaɾis, ˈswa-, -ɾiʃ/), or , was a Brazilian comedian, babble show host, author, musician, artiste and writer.[1][2]

Early life

Soares was innate in Rio de Janeiro.

At the outset pursuing diplomatic service, influenced through his great-grandfather, Soares returned stopper Brazil for acting classes, station started his career in Metropolis de Janeiro in 1958.[1]

Career

Soares' verify career began at TV Metropolis in 1958, writing and discharge in comedy shows for grandeur station.

Personal life
